Here are details of all the classes I offer.  Some of these are just delivered online (See Timetable for details) and some just Face to Face

Fitsteps and Dance

Fitsteps: Fitness that is Strictly good fun.  Created by Ian Waite and Natalie Lowe of Strictly fame, this combines steps from Latin and Ballroom dances for an all over workout

Fitsteps FAB (for all bodies): Low impact version of Fitsteps using steps from dances which have influenced or have been influenced by Latin and Ballroom

DanceAttack: This is high impact, high energy dance fitness class using the best classic and current dance and chart  music

Fit & Fabulous: A class of fabulous ladies who exercise, dance and laugh together.  A gentler pace but still working hard, this class includes a dance based warm up and heart raiser section, a developmental dance section and a toning section either on the mat, standing or on chairs

Fitsteps Chair: A seated based exercise class. Using dances seen on Strictly, steps have been adapted to allow even more people access to FitSteps; and to show that chair based exercise does not need to be slow or boring. Suitable for everyone, but designed for those with less mobility, balance issues or maybe recovery from injury

Cardio and Toning

10/10/10: 10 minutes each of Cardio, Standing toning with weights and mat work 

30 minutes toning sessions online: Abs, Weights, Legs, Bands and much more to complement the cardio classes

10 Minute Shuffle: Fitness roulette.  10 minute blasts of different fitness programs (including dance, toning, Pilates all determined by the 'bag of doom'

HIIT: High Impact Interval Training is a physical training that consists of short periods of intense (= very energetic) exercise with short periods of rest in between.  Classes are usually 30 minutes

LIIT: Low Impact Interval Training: As with HIIT but without the impact moves : This will still raise the heartrate and strong toning

RockBox : The full body workout taking interval training to a whole new level! 
​A  stress busting, therapy session for the body and mind.  Punch, kick, and smash sticks to classic and modern rock tunes! (air guitars included!)

​Teaming the workout along with carefully selected rock tracks and class structure; RockBox works both the body and mind, allowing the release of tension and frustration from life out in a positive, mood boosting way which aids a healthier mindset.​  RockBox  is “Therapy"

Pilates, Yoga and Stretch

Pilates: consists of low-impact flexibility, muscular strength and endurance movements. It emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. 

Yoga Stretch: Flowing yoga classes concentration on stretch, flexibility and relaxation for all abilities

Stretch: 15 to 30 minute classes for all abilities to allow time to stretch and relax muscles

YogaFlow: A flowing yoga class to meet the mood of the day and to energise. Strengthening planks, Sun Saluation, stretch and so much more
